Tuttosport: Milan could initiate contacts with Juve over Mandzukic deal

By Isak Möller -

Mario Mandzukic is destined to leave Juventus in January, having played zero minutes for the Bianconeri so far this season. By the looks of it, several teams are interested in his signature for the upcoming transfer window.

According to today’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews.it), AC Milan are one of the teams keeping tabs on the players. However, their number one priority for the attack remains Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who could make a return.

Should the Swedish international reject the Rossoneri’s offer, then they could initiate contacts with Juventus over a potential deal for Mandzukic, as stated by the newspaper. In fact, the Croatian could leave for a low transfer fee.

The player is valued at €12m, per the report, but the Bianconeri are willing to let him go for significantly less. In addition to Milan, the likes of Borussia Dortmund and Manchester United have also shown their interest in recent weeks.
