Ante Rebic has scored some important goals during his tenure at AC Milan and he has also had some fantastic performances. Lately, however, he has been struggling a lot with serious injuries.
Last season, the No.12 missed a total of 20 games for the Rossoneri as he was injured on eight different occasions. It hasn’t been much better this season with three different injuries and 17 games missed (including the derby today).
According to Tuttosport (via MilanNews), Milan will evaluate the condition of Rebic and his ability to recover from injuries in the coming months. If it continues like this, they might opt to sell him in the summer while they still can.
Having said that, it’s clear that Rebic can be a very important player when fit, which is why it would probably feel bitter-sweet to part ways with him. There is still a lot left of the season though and a lot can change.

No, fix the damn medical team!
Open up Milan lab again and hired more competent medical team.
He is an important player we have to be careful about the selling Ante Rebic
20 games last season and 17 this season, that’s an entire season on the sidelines. Need to fix our medical staff, I know we can’t afford the lab but hell we need to do better than this.
Injury prone players don’t suddenly become fit. Rebic has a history of injury problems at his clubs. I doubt anyone is going to waste money on a cripple.
This does not fall 100% on the player. The medical staff, pitch, training in the current state affects player injury. Rather than selling, fix the problem!
