AC Milan are in continuous contacts over the renewals of both Gianluigi Donnarumma and Hakan Calhanoglu, according to a report.
Calhanoglu and Donnarumma are both sitting on expiring contracts and given their importance, Milan want to lock them down. The negotiations, however, are very tough indeed although there is optimism filtering based on the situation regarding the latter.
Prior to last night’s game against Napoli, technical director Paolo Maldini confirmed that the Rossoneri’s desire is to try and agree a new deal for both, insisting that Calhanoglu is ‘calm’ despite the speculation swirling surrounding his future.
According to Monday’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews), the contacts for the renewals of the aforementioned duo are continuing uninterrupted.
The will of Milan is clear: to try to keep both the goalkeeper and the Turkish attacking midfielder, with negotiations continuing to try and find an agreement with respective agents Gordon Stipic and Mino Raiola.
