Tuttosport: Milan will not wait forever as Sanches pushes for PSG move

By Isak Möller -

The Renato Sanches saga has been going on since January and it’s yet to reach a conclusion, mainly due to the player himself. In fact, Milan are waiting on a signal from the midfielder, a report claims.

Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara want to reinforce the midfield amid the departure of Franck Kessie, who joined Barcelona on a free transfer. Tommaso Pobega and Yacine Adli have returned from loan, but a signing could still be of good use.

According to Tuttosport (via SempreMilan.it), Milan are waiting on Sanches after having made an offer of €15m plus bonuses. The Portuguese international wants to wait for PSG, though, as he knows he can get a better salary there.

However, the Parisian side are yet to present an offer to Lille but the newspaper suggests that it will arrive very soon. €12m plus bonuses will be put on the table and while that is less than Milan’s offer, the player’s will could be enough to get it over the line.

Milan, meanwhile, will not wait forever and also have a few other targets in mind for the midfield.

  1. I thought Sanchez already agreed to join Milan. But now when Milan offered better bid, he turn to PSG who’s not even make an official offer? All these news sound weird as hell. Or maybe it’s just Sanchez & his agent Mendez who’s an a**hole playing hard to get.

Honestly Sanchez sounds like a waste of money especially with his injury problems. I say just believe with Tonali, Bennacer, Adli, Pobega, and Krunic.

  2. Wait forever? We shouldn’t wait even a second for this guy. Just move on and let him go to PSG. He’s not needed that much.
