Mirabelli insists Donnarumma is not for sale

By Rösie Tudball -

With contract talks believed to be taking place currently between Mino Raiola and Milan regarding the future of Donnarumma, the club seem to have come to a conclusion already that he will not be sold.

The 18-year-old goalkeeper will remain at Milan and will not be sold this summer despite rumours of potential moves away. Donnarumma has been linked with a large share of top clubs around Europe, however no official bids have been placed prior to the transfer window.

As one of the most exciting prospects in world football, Milan are desperate to keep hold of the young Italian, who has made a total of 67 appearances for the Rossoneri.

Quoted by talkSPORT, Mirabelli insisted that Donnarumma is happy at Milan and will remain at the club. “…he is happy here and he wants to keep playing for Milan.”

Despite the encouraging words from Mirabelli, Milan are yet to finalise a new contract for the ‘keeper.
