The agent of Davide Calabria has revealed that the young full-back is ‘in love’ with Milan.
The 21-year-old has had a breakout season thus far since Gennaru Gattuso’s appointment, scoring a goal and amassing three assists.
“Davide has to stay grounded,” his agent Gianni Vitali told RMC Sport.
“He’s had positive and negative experiences in his career, but he’s still the same. When I approached Calabria he was in the Milan youth team and Davide hardly ever played.
“The few times he played, however, always gave 100 per cent and that impressed me.
“He’s only 21 years old, he’s still very young. He has improved a lot in the last few years.
“Gattuso is doing an incredible job, two months ago no-one could have hoped to see a team at this level and getting these results.
“Transfer rumours? I’m just hearing about them now. He’s always wanted to stay at Milan, he’s in love with this team.
“He’s one of the protagonists of the team and the lad is only thinking about growing and giving his best in the Rossoneri shirt.”
