With AC Milan set for a major squad overhaul this summer, Jose Sosa has been linked with an exit.
From Turkey there has been talks of a possible offer from Fenerbahce for the Argentine midfielder, who used to play at their city rivals Besiktas.
The editors of MilanNews.it contacted his agent, Favio Bilardo, for comments regarding the future of his client with Milan.
“There is still a game before the end of the season, as I have always said the intention of Jose is to stay at Milan,” Bilardo stated.
“No offers have arrived, absolutely none. In Turkey we talk about Sosa? They can say many things but nothing really about official offers, never a call. He is here at Milan and is very happy to play with the Rossoneri.”
Sosa saw his opportunities limited upon initially joining Milan, but has since been given a chance to prove himself, taking up the unfamiliar Regista position in recent games as Vincenzo Montella’s side has been hampered by injuries and suspensions.
