Finally some good news for AC Milan fans, in a way, surrounding the injury to midfielder Andrea Bertolacci.
The Gazzetta dello Sport confirms that Bertolacci’s recent injury is not as serious as initially thought.
The former Genoa midfielder had a muscular niggle in his right calf, and will miss the Rossoneri’s friendly with Chelsea in Minneapolis on Thursday.
This is obviously more of a silver lining for fans of the Diavolo, who watched their club spend €20m on the 24-year-old, only for him to make 21 Serie A starts in an injury-plagued season.
