Milot Rashica was one of the revelations of the previous Bundesliga season and his performances in Germany attracted the interest of many clubs across Europe, including AC Milan. However, it now seems that the attacker is set for a move elsewhere, as per reports in Germany.
Rashica was linked to a move to the San Siro by sources in Italy and Germany mainly in relation to the potential arrival of Ralf Rangnick at the club, which, however, ultimately fell through and Stefano Pioli was confirmed on the Rossoneri bench.
Ever since Pioli’s confirmations, there have only been few rumours in this regard, but it seems that the saga could come to an end very soon.
As reported by Bild in Germany (via Ronan Murphy on Twitter), Aston Villa are leading the race to sign the winger and are ready to make an 18 million euros offer to Werder Bremen.
