Although it isn’t a priority for the time being, Milan will be looking to bring in at least one midfielder this summer. That is because Ismael Bennacer and Franck Kessie will both take part in the AFCONs at the beginning of next year.
Several players have been mentioned for the position in the last few weeks, and now an old target has appeared. Per Calciomercato.com, the Rossoneri are keeping tabs on Feyenoord’s Orkun Kokcu, the 20-year-old midfielder.
In fact, the player’s dad (also his agent) was at Casa Milan a few weeks back to take stock of the situation. However, the likes of Arsenal, Roma and Tottenham are also interested in the Turkish international.
Per the report, Roma could soon accelerate the talks and make a concrete move for Kokcu. The price tag is at least €12m but Feyenoord will surely take the opportunity to monetise the midfielder’s good season.
