CM: Milan’s stance is clear as Real Madrid demand €30m for attacking midfielder

In addition to Diogo Dalot, Milan also brought in Brahim Diaz on a dry loan ahead of the current season. Both had a promising start to their adventure with the Rossoneri but it hasn’t been as positive in the last few months.

Diaz has bagged four goals and assisted an additional three goals with the red and black shirt, yet he has failed to really impress the management. In combination with limited playing time, his future is now very uncertain.

According to Calciomercato.com, the Rossoneri are unlikely to open negotiations with Real Madrid at the moment as the Bernabeu side are asking for over €30m. Of course, given how the 21-year-old has performed, this is too high.

The season is still long and there will be opportunities for Diaz to show his qualities, but even so, the €30m price tag is hefty. It remains to be seen what the decision will be in the summer, though the stance seems clear now.
