Valencia are keen on signing striker Andre Silva from AC Milan to replace the outgoing Rodrigo, according to a report.
The Portugal international continues to be strongly linked with a summer exit, with recent reports claiming he is still ‘destined’ to leave Milan before the window shuts.
Meanwhile, the Rossoneri are looking to raise cash in order to sign a forward more suited to his 4-3-1-2 system, with Angel Correa the primary target at this stage.
Silva almost joined Monaco in a 30m deal, but it ended up falling through due to financial disagreements, meaning Jorge Mendes is now looking for new suitors.
A report in Wednesday’s edition of il Corriere della Sera claims that Mendes may have finally found a match for his client as Valencia are interest.
They are set to sell Rodrigo Moreno to Atletico Madrid in a €60m deal – something which could see Angel Correa move to Milan – and now they are desperately seeking replacements.
