As highlighted by today’s edition of Corriere Dello Sport (via PianetaMilan.com), Marco Giampaolo has finally realised the importance of the new signings, who have helped him improve the quality of the team.
In the game against Torino, Theo Hernandez, Ismael Bennacer and Rafael Leao played from the first minute and all three performed very well throughout the encounter. In other words, one new signing in each department.
According to the newspaper, all three should start on Sunday evening as well, as Fiorentina will visit the San Siro. After a slow start, therefore, Giampaolo is finally ready to give the reinforcements the chances they need to prove themselves.
However, Ante Reboic shouldn’t be ruled out for the starting eleven either, the report continues. The Croatian came off the bench against Torino, but couldn’t do much about the outcome. For Rade Krunic and Leao Duarte, though, the debut is still missing.
