There have been a lot of rumours regarding Milan manager Sinisa Mihajlovic after two disappointing results against Sassuolo and Chievo. With the Serbian most likely heading for the Milan exit after the season, Mercato expert Gianluca Di Marzio has pointed out the top candidates to take over after Mihajlovic.
Milan president Silvio Berlusconi seems to have made his mind up regarding Mihajlovic’s future as Milan manager, with media lining up alternatives to replace the Serbian. Sky reporter Di Marzio reports that Brocchi and Di Francesco are the only candidates for the job and that Berlusconi would prefer Brocchi, despite failing with the same experiment with Inzaghi. The Italian journalist also said that Brocchi will sooner or later be the head manager for Milan, which is not exactly great news for the Milan fans. Di Francesco has done a great job with Sassuolo and would certainly be a better option than Brocchi, which most Milan fans agree on, but it is save to say most fans want Mihajlovic to stay for at least another season.
