Di Marzio: Kaka to meet AC Milan to discuss possible return

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan legend Kaka is set to meet with the club to discuss a possible role on the board, according to Di Marzio.

The attacking midfielder amassed over 300 appearances in two spells with the Rossoneri, helping capture the Scudetto in 2003/04 as well as the 2006/07 Champions League and the 2007 Ballon d’Or.

He left San Siro to join Real Madrid in a record move, and after a one-year return to Milan he spent three years in MLS with Orlando City.

The 35-year-old has not officially retired, but Gianluca Di Marzio claims that he could return to Milan once again, this time as part of the club hierarchy.

According to the Sky journalist, there will be talks held over taking a role behind the scenes.
