Di Marzio: Milan make final decision – €90m duo will not leave this summer

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have reportedly decided that they will not sell Gianluigi Donnarumma or Suso despite interest in the pair.

Reports earlier in the summer suggested that former Milan director Leonardo was targeting a raid on his former club for Donnarumma.

Kevin Trapp’s move to Eintracht Frankfurt means that PSG are in the market for a new stopper, and after a lull in speculation rumours once again gathered pace that Gigio is the Ligue 1 side’s main target.

However, this has also been met by several reports suggesting Milan will not sell their 20-year-old star and instead will sit down for talks over a new deal, as his current contract runs out in 2021.

Now, Gianluca Di Marzio has confirmed that Milan have decided to keep Donnarumma amid €50m links with PSG, as well as another key man in Suso.

Lyon, Roma and Fiorentina have all been credited with interest in the Spaniard, but Marco Giampaolo has seemingly made it clear he wants to keep him.

Suso has also been tipped to begin talks over a new deal that could see his €40m release clause removed, and Di Marzio confirms that the 25-year-old will not be going anywhere in the current window.
