Stefano Pioli has made good use of AC Milan’s new-found depth in recent weeks but there are a few starters that have been used quite a lot. At the top of the list is Theo Hernandez, who has played over 800 minutes.
The Rossoneri clinched all three points at the weekend and thus headed into this week as league leaders. Despite a decent amount of rotation, Pioli and his men continued their winning run in the league, also drawing two games in the Champions League.
As per the data of Transfermarkt, Theo Hernandez is the player that Pioli has used the most so far with 801 minutes on the pitch. Malick Thiaw has really cemented his spot at the back and is in second with 797 minutes.
Tijjani Reijnders has played every game from start this season, except against Newcastle, and is in third place with 794 minutes. Thiaw’s partner Fikayo Tomori probably would have been first if it hadn’ät been for his suspension, now in fourth with 781 minutes.
Finally, Rafael Leao is also in the top five with 738 minutes. The Portuguese winger is the big star of the team and it makes sense that he’s high up on the list.
It is good to see Adli and Florenzi minutes.
Our boi Malick was a superb steal. Not even 10M€.
Gotta apply that formula for st one of these days
wow, i didnt realize that, hes getting a little too good and fits the mold of our coaches favorite coach…
At some point Tijani Reijnders needs some rest to avoid muscle issues.
i think musah is a clearer backup to him than RLC. Either is fine but in terms of defending, covering ground and staying near the top of the box (but hopefully hitting the shots)…
