French report claims Milan star has €50m release clause with PSG and Man City keen

After a tough start to the season, Ismael Bennacer has certainly become a key player for AC Milan. Since Stefano Pioli’s arrival, he has been one of their best players, thus attracting the interest on the market. 

According to FootMercato, the Algerian has ended up on Paris Saint-Germain’s wish list. In fact, Milan even rejected a €30m offer from the French side, who continue to insist on signing the former Empoli man this summer.

The report also claims that Bennacer has a €50m release clause in his contract, although this hasn’t been confirmed by media outlets in Italy. In addition to PSG, Manchester City are also keeping tabs on the situation, as Pep Guardiola wants the player.

To date, however, Bennacer has no intention of leaving Milan, especially because the Rossoneri will begin their youth project this summer. He opted for the club last summer his view hasn’t changed in this regard.
