His presentation (read here) took place yesterday and thus today’s newspapers focused on the goalkeeper. When you’re at a club like Milan, to replace a goalkeeper like Gigio Donnarumma, the pressure is inevitably on.
“Milan, Maignan puts Gigio at the door”, the front page of Gazzetta Dello Sport read as Maignan made it clear that his era will start now. Tuttosport focused on another bit: “Milan, I said no to Mou [rinho].”
