According to today’s edition of Tuttosport, with the negotiations for Deulofeu not going anywhere, AC Milan’s new idea is Lucas Leiva of Liverpool.
The Turin-based newspaper reports that Galliani has started to think about the Liverpool midfielder, who was said to be a target of city rival Inter as well. The midfielder has an EU-passport and would most likely be able to leave on loan, however, Deulofeu remains as the top target of AC Milan.
