GdS: AC Milan stand firm on €40m plus bonuses for Correa

By Isak Möller -

The deal was reportedly closed a few days ago, but for the moment, the end of the negotiations between AC Milan and Atletico Madrid for Angel Correa is yet to be written.

As reported by today’s edition of La Gazzetta Dello Sport, Boban and Maldini haven’t increased their initial offer of €40m plus bonuses for the striker. In fact, they are not interested in spending much more for the player.

However, the talks between the parties continue and everyone is certain that a deal will be completed, provided that the Spanish side lower their initial demands of €55m, which is considered too hefty by the San Siro side.

Meanwhile, the Rossoneri are working to offload Andre Silva and Cutrone in order to to make some room for the Argentine striker. The Italian has interest from Wolves, who are ready to pay around €20m. The Portuguese, on the other hand, saw his move to Monaco break down.
