GdS: Dortmund, Marseille and Wolves express interest in €25m Milan forward

Rafael Leao, despite getting six goals and six assists in the league this past season, failed to make the most of his potential. There were too many ups and downs performance-wise, putting his future at risk.

According to Gazzetta Dello Sport (via MilanNews), Milan are open to a sale this summer but it will all depend on the offers. If it’s €25m or more, then the Rossoneri could indeed part ways with Leao, who joined the club back in 2019.

The likes of Borussia Dortmund, Marseille and Wolverhampton have all expressed their interest in the forward. Should any of them take a concrete step forward, then Milan could decide to listen. After all, the €25m could be reinvested on the market.

For now, though, Leao is still a Rossoneri player and will be at Milanello for pre-season just like the rest of his teammates. If he does end up staying, then the feeling is that this season will be extremely important for his future.

  1. If they pay 35 million then Milan will sell, maybe. But I think that would be a big loss for Milan, Leao has a huge potential that has yet to explode
