GdS: Milan outcast makes preference clear as three clubs battle it out

By Isak Möller -

Jack Bonaventura is destined to leave AC Milan at the end of the season. Just like Lucas Biglia, his contract will expire in the summer and the Rossoneri have no intention of extending it, at least as things stand.

For the midfielder, as reported by today’s edition of Gazzetta Dello Sport (via MilanNews.it), the future could be a return to the past. Six years after leaving Atalanta, where he had his breakthrough, he could re-join the Bergamo side.

In addition to La Dea, Fiorentina and Torino are also keeping tabs on the 30-year-old. However, Bonaventura is seemingly more tempted by a return to Atalanta, ready to prioritize any offer from them this summer.

Then again, as the newspaper continues, it remains just a possibility for now. There are still no negotiations between the parties, especially due to the Coronavirus emergency. However, there is no doubt about the player’s preference.
