GdS: Milan player ratings for convincing win over Lazio – Ibrahimovic the MOTM

By Isak Möller -

AC Milan claimed all three points away at Lazio last night after netting three goals, helping Juventus out in the Scudetto race ahead of their clash this Tuesday. More importantly, though, they are now close to Europe.

Today’s edition of Gazzetta Dello Sport rated the performances of the Rossoneri players, as cited by MilanNews.it, naming Zlatan Ibrahimovic as the MOTM. The Swede was given a rating of 7 after helping the team with his ‘intelligence’.

Ismael Bennacer, Hakan Calhanoglu and Ante Rebic were also praised as they received the same rating as the 38-year-old. The midfielder was dominating in the centre of the pitch while the latter two managed to get on the scoresheet.

Jack Bonaventura, Gigio Donnarumma, Simon Kjaer, Franck Kessie, Alessio Romagnoli and Alexis Saelemaekers were rated at 6.5 by the newspaper. The rest got a rating of 6, including Theo Hernandez, who ‘missed a sitter’ and thus lowered his rating.
