AC Milan are preparing for their final game of the season and the enthusiasm is through the roof, just one point from clinching the Scudetto. Stefano Pioli has a few decisions to make for the starting XI, though.
The manager has opted for consistency in the last few weeks and it seems it could be the same XI as we saw against Atalanta. However, reports have emerged with regards to the centre-forward position, with Ante Rebic in the running.
Milan’s No.12 hasn’t played loads this season due to injuries but he has shown glimpses of his quality lately. As per Gazzetta Dello Sport, therefore, Pioli is considering playing him up front after testing him in that role during yesterday’s training.
Olivier Giroud remains the favourite but the Frenchman’s contribution has been minimal in the last few games. Pioli is faced with a decision that potentially could be key for the clash, in other words, and it remains to be seen what he will decide.
