AC Milan and Inter will face off in the Derby Della Madonnina tomorrow evening, with the Rossoneri looking to go plus ten points on their city rivals. It won’t be an easy game, though, and the XI has to be right.
During today’s press conference, which you can read in full here, Stefano Pioli revealed that he has decided the starting XI for tomorrow’s clash. He didn’t want to give away anything more than that, though, which is understandable.
According to today’s edition of Gazzetta Dello Sport (see photo below), the manager should make four changes compared to the game against Porto. One of those, of course, is Zlatan Ibrahimovic replacing Olivier Giroud up front.
The attacking trio will stay the same but in the midfield, Franck Kessie will take the place of Ismael Bennacer. At the back, Simon Kjaer will be back from start and since Theo Hernandez is suspended, Fode Ballo-Toure will start on the left flank.
Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Tatarusanu; Calabria, Kjaer, Tomori, Ballo-Toure; Tonali, Kessie; Saelemaekers, Diaz, Leao; Ibrahimovic.
Probable Inter XI (3-5-2): Handanovic; Skriniar, De Vrij, Bastoni; Darmian, Barella, Brozovic, Calhanoglu, Perisic; Lautaro; Dzeko.
