Ibrahimovic sends telling message amid rumours of Milan renewal: “I agree with Zlatan”

By Isak Möller -

At the beginning of last week, Zlatan Ibrahimovic seemed destined to leave AC Milan but as Stefano Pioli will stay, the Swede could face the same outcome. In fact, the Rossoneri are in talks to renew his contract.

The striker has been very important for Milan since he arrived in January, not only lifting the team’s morale but also adding ten goals and five assists to his name. Per Gazzetta Dello Sport (via MilanNews.it), he could sign a two-year renewal with the club.

Of course, there have been some doubts about his age, given that he will turn 39 in October. On his Twitter, though, Ibrahimovic responded to this just like you would expect him to.

“I agree with Zlatan,” he wrote, referring to one of his previous quotes about being able to continue until his 50-years-old.
