The rossoneri are seeking an attacking midfielder, and Spartak Moscow 29-year-old Ivelin Popov has been offered to them.
The Bulgarian has spent time at Litex Lovech, Gaziantepspor and Kuban Krasnodar.
He has made 60 appearances for the Bulgarian national team, scoring 10 goals.
