New manager Cristian Brocchi confirmed that Bertolacci will miss tomorrow’s game against Carpi, and decided to praise youngster José Mauri.
Under the management of Mihajlovic, Mauri only played one game in the Serie A, coming off the bench against Chievo Verona. However, with €20 million man Bertolacci out of the Rossoneri’s clash against Carpi, could Mauri be heading towards his first start?
Reports suggest Andrea Poli will form a midfield with Milan skipper Montolivo and Bonaventura, but there’s certainly optimism after Brocchi’s comments on Mauri today.
