According to reports, AC Milan will pass up the opportunity to sign Alexandre Pato, so they can sign another former Rossoneri Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Pato has made no secret that he would like to return to AC Milan, where he spent 6 seasons and winning the league. Despite a close relation to Leonardo, it is likely he won’t return to the club anytime soon.
According to CM, the club has given themselves a deadline of mid-December to sign Zlatan before returning to the 29-year-old Pato, who recently said he would never rule out a return to AC Milan.
“I’ve spoken to Leo a few times, and of course there were some jokes about my possible return to Milan.
Joking aside though, I have a year on my contract here in China and we’ll see what happens. I receive so many comments every day from Milan fans on social media, from Italy, and around the world.
That makes me happy, and it makes me think that despite some years have passed since I left, the affection from the fans has never gone away.”
