MN: Over 70K expected at San Siro for Milan-Juve; new Coppa Italia record

By Isak Möller -

Tomorrow evening, the Coppa Italia semi-final first leg between AC Milan and Juventus will take place at San Siro. With both sides looking to bounce back from disappointment, it should be an interesting game.

According to reports from MilanNews.it, the game will go down in history before it has been played. In fact, as more than 70K are expected to be at the stadium tomorrow, it will be highest attendance numbers in a Coppa Italia semi-final ever.

Hopefully, the crowd can help Milan regain their confidence after the tough loss against Inter on Sunday. Certainly, a win against Juventus would show that they are still on the right path, although the road remains long.

The game will start at 20:45 CET and Serie A’s official Twitter page (the English version) will broadcast the game. However, that stream will only be available in countries where no other provider has the right to broadcast the competition.
