AC Milan and Roma have had another meeting to discuss the future of Tammy Abraham and Alexis Saelemsekers, following the loan exchange in the summer. However, according to a report, there is no agreement yet.
On deadline day in the summer, Milan and Roma agreed to a loan exchange for Tammy Abraham and Alexis Saelemaekers. As there wasn’t much time, no buy-out options were included in the deal and this means new negotiations are needed after this season.
According to Matteo Moretto, the two clubs recently had a meeting to discuss the matter. Abraham would like to stay at Milan, while Saelemaekers would like to stay at Roma, so the clubs are keen on reaching an agreement for permanent transfers. So far, however, they have failed.
As the journalist continues, the two clubs have different valuations in mind and negotiations have been postponed until the next meeting. It’s likely that they will sit down towards the end of the season again to assess the situation.
For now, Abraham is focused on doing his best for Milan and he’s beaming after the winner against Inter in the Supercoppa Italiana final. Saelemaekers is also in very good form after recovering from an injury which held him back.
I hope they send Tammy back and cash out on Saelemaekers.
Agreed. Then RLC can follow them
I think Saelemaekers have done really upwards the last year or so. From the amazing solo goal vs Bapoli a year ago till this amazing play vs Lazio. Hope he upgrade and we keep him. Idiots did to bad with CDK.
This would be the best scenario
Honestly Roma can have both. Salad for 15+ bonuses
Literally send Tammy back. Thanks for the toe poke to bring us the super cup. But this guy SUCKS A**
Sell him and we can focus on bringing Ricci,Trincao or someone that can really play as a right-back such as Rensch,Lamptey and Walker-Peters from Southampton.
There are so many players that we have been associated with. But guess what? It’s just a rumor and nothing can change that until we have someone who really wants to take this team to success.
Abraham is on big salary, but his contrac is about to expire. I think in 2026. They want 8-10 for him. Which is too much if you can see his stats. For Sale they probably want to giveless possible and milan now realised its player valuable at least 15 mill.
No need for strikers who can’t convert sitters. Even primavera players can do that.
Hard to believe our management team lead by a former world class striker cannot see that we need a world class striker instead of these players who cannot score concretely if their life depended on it….
Unreal.
