Milan want to get rid of Carlos Bacca as quickly as possible, as long as they receive an acceptable offer.
Tuttosport claim in this morning’s edition that the Colombian striker could be as cheap as €20million, and is wanted by Arsenal, Everton, Marseille and Sevilla.
Bacca wants to return to the latter, his former club, and is waiting on them to formulate an offer. For the moment, they haven’t. Marseille have, but the sum is as yet unknown.
Bacca has had a decent couple of seasons, but has struggled to fit into Vincenzo Montella’s pass-heavy system, and often looks too isolated up front.
He has still managed a combined 31 goals over two Serie A seasons, adding five assists in that time. Last time around, however, he only managed 13, and Gianluca Lapadula was strong enough to eat away at some of his playing time.
Signed by the Rossoneri for €30million in the summer of 2015, he was very close to signing to West Ham last summer, before pulling out. Milan had agreed to the move.
