They claims that the Rossoneri have in fact opened talks with Atalanta for midfielder Filippo Melegoni.
The 18-year-old is a highly rated prospect in La Dea’s youth system, which has recently produced some valuable talent.
Sportitalia state that Milan have begun talks to try and lock up a deal as soon as possible, with a view to the player joining in June.
Melegoni has been capped by Italy at U15, U16 and U17 levels, and is a current member of the under-19 side.
