In addition to making signings, Milan are also looking to offload a few players that haven’t played much this season. Andrea Conti is one of them, third in the pecking order behind Diogo Dalot and Davide Calabria.
According to Nicolo Schira, the right-back has had an agreement to join Fiorentina since Monday. However, La Viola are yet to agree on the formula and figures with Milan, resulting in what currently is a stalemate.
Meanwhile, Parma have joined the race for Conti as the newly appointed manager Roberto D’Aversa is keen on the player. He launched the defender’s career at Lanciano and had a long call with him yesterday about a potential move.
It remains to be seen if Parma will be able to reach an agreement with Milan, or perhaps if Fiorentina will increase their offer and thus seal the deal. Either way, Conti is on the brink of leaving the Rossoneri.
