Contrary to previous reports, it seems Gigio Donnarumma’s move to PSG isn’t 100% done as the goalkeeper won’t have his medical today or tomorrow. However, it’s very clear that the No.99 is ready to say goodbye to Milan.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Donnarumma will sign a contract until 2026 which was almost completed by the parties today. Rather than in the next 48 hours, the goalkeeper is expected to undergo his medical after Italy-Switzerland on Wednesday next week.

It seems PSG were able to satisfy the high demands of both Donnarumma and his agent Mino Raiola, which wasn’t the case with Milan. The latter put €7m plus €1m on the table but got tired of waiting and signed Mike Maignan instead.
Maignan, just like Donnarumma, is also out on international duty as he’s part of France’s squad for the tournament. Hopefully, the now former Lille man will be able to perform on a high level for his new club.
