Sky: Andrea Conti forced to undergo second operation

By Isak Möller -

Bad news for AC Milan. Their right-back Andrea Conti, who’s been out since September, will have to undergo a second operation as his ACL hasn’t healed properly.

The Italian arrived at Milan from Atalanta this summer, and has since only made two appearances in the league, after tearing his ACL during the International break with Italy in September.

Conti had returned to training with Milan just recently, however, he was forced to take a step back once again as his knee suffered a heavy knock. The results were not good, as his ACL hadn’t healed properly. Therefore, according to Sky, he will be forced to a second operation, keeping him on the sidelines until September.
