Sky report that the Rossoneri may have made a breakthrough, as Everton have now shown their willingness to close the deal on a loan with option to buy, as opposed to the obligation to buy they previously demanded.
The next step for Milan is to agree on the loan fee and the transfer fee on the right to buy with the Toffees. Also, Barcelona own the right to buy back Deulofeu in the future, which presents a small obstacle, but one described as “less significant”.
