Sky: Milan’s probable XI for Genoa clash – Two changes from Fiorentina draw

By Isak Möller -

Over two weeks since their last game, AC Milan are gearing up to take on Genoa at the San Siro on Sunday afternoon. As the game will be played behind closed doors, it will be interesting to see how the Rossoneri can get on.

Stefano Pioli is expected to make two changes to the starting eleven, as reported by Sky Italia’s Peppe Di Stefano (via MilanNews.it). It will be the usual selection of players, although with a few changes expected.

Asmir Begovic will replace Gigio Donnarumma, who injured himself in the game against Fiorentina. Willing to take no risks with the Italian youngster, the Bosnian will once again fill in between the sticks.

Simon Kjaer is back from his injury struggles and should play the game from start, sending Matteo Gabbia back to the bench. Other than that, as mentioned, the starting eleven will be the usual one (see below).

Probable AC Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Begovic; Conti, Kjaer, Romagnoli, Hernandez; Kessie, Bennacer; Castillejo, Calhanoglu, Rebic; Ibrahimovic.
