Strinic was signed by Milan last summer and after a positive World Cup, the player was expected to make waves. Unfortunately for Ivan, he was diagnosed with a heart condition and missed the entire season.
Ivan Strinic has since been cleared to play, and has shown up during preseason on more than one occasion. Milan were not willing to wait however, and have since secured the services of Theo Hernandez from Real Madrid.
This has made Ivan Strinic the third choice behind Theo and Ricardo Rodriguez and his future at the club is unclear. According to Sky, SPAL and Nice are interested in the player. It is yet to be seen if he is open to a move or not.
The prospect of playing in France may be appealing to the player but SPAL also gives him the opportunity to not uproot his family.
