Sky: Two battles regarding starting XI for Parma clash – Ibrahimovic worked individually

By Isak Möller -

On the eve of the encounter with Sampdoria, Milan are going through the final preparations at Milanello, hoping to claim yet another three points. As with any other game, it will be an important one.

Present at Milanello, Peppe Di Stefano provided us with the latest updates for Sky Italia (via MilanNews). The training session just ended and Stefano Pioli will have his press conference at 2 pm this afternoon.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic worked individually today as well, meaning he won’t be available for the game tomorrow. The goal is to have him back for Wednesday’s clash against Genoa, but we will just have to wait and see.

This evening, there will be an optional retreat for the team. Therefore, they will meet again tomorrow morning rather than staying over at the training ground. As for the starting eleven, there are a few battles.

Brahim Diaz is battling Jens Petter Hauge for the spot on the left-wing, while there are three midfielders up for the two starting positon: Franck Kessie, Sandro Tonali and Ismael Bennacer.
