AC Milan will take on Hellas Verona this Sunday evening and reports have emerged with regard to the probable XI for the Rossoneri. There are two battles to take into consideration, a report claims.
It was a tough mid-week clash for Stefano Pioli’s men against Chelsea as Fikayo Tomori was controversially sent off. They are now focused on the Verona clash, though, and bouncing back in the best way possible.
According to Sky Italia, as cited by FraNasato, Pioli is expected to field more or less the same XI for the game against Verona. There are two battles to consider, however: Krunic vs. Messias for the right wing and Giroud vs. Rebic for the centre-forward role.
The rest should be the same as last time out, meaning Matteo Gabbia will get the chance again alongside Tomori after two solid performances from him. Pierre Kalulu will be the right-back and not Sergino Dest, who came off the bench against Chelsea.
Very easy…
Messias and Rebic
Agree, Krunic is to slow and unskillful for RW
Krunic/Pobega/Vranckx will only be deployed in the midfield. We have Diaz, CDK, Messias for the RW position. There is no reason to play Krunic that high up lol.
