GdS: Summer clear out expected as six can leave Milan – the two stars available

There are no doubts that AC Milan will have a summer transformation ahead of next season, and a few players that could leave have been revealed.

With Milan now as good as done this season, the thoughts are already turning to next season – if they hadn’t already. Giorgio Furlani and Sergio Conceicao were both asked about the future last night, with neither really providing a clear answer.

The feeling, though, is that the Portuguese will leave, with his time being deemed a ‘failure’. Perhaps slightly harsh, but without Europe, it is understandable why this tag is present.

His exit is probably unlikely to be the only one, and Gazzetta dello Sport, via Football Italia, have reported that the Rossoneri could be six players shorter next season, at least.

It starts with Joao Felix and Kyle Walker, who are both free to leave the club after their unsuccessful loans. However, Fikayo Tomori and Malick Thiaw could also be on the way out, it is more probable that it is one or the other, though.

In terms of stars, the report states that Milan may look to sell Theo Hernandez to raise money for new additions. Additionally, Mike Maignan could leave if there are no advancements with his renewal.

    ST: Gimenez, Jovic, Camarda

Coach: Vincenzo Italiano / Maurizio Sarri

27 man squad. All not mentioned – goodbye.

        1. Hhh Ted i think monza is next lineup for next year there is no way we consider orsolini and walker it’s more than downgrade

  2. Nothing will change so what’s the point?

Elliot call all the shots and THEY’RE NOT GOING TO SELL ANYTIME SOON so new coach a sporting director? just more cheap options yes men to do there bidding so Allegri and Tare it is then.

If you’re in any doubt with regards the owners go and watch the Boban interview he speaks so well and honest no mention of Redbird.

Unfortunately this will all blow over with regards Cardinale out and normal service will be resumed it’s going to be this coach it’s going to be this sporting director BLAH BLAH BLAH IT’S all qlick bait Allegri and Tare already DONE .

NO new stadium No new owner No top class Coach No top sporting director and as for the NEW STADIUM ask yourself why nothing has moved foward? also ask yourself are you positive that the owners well sell even if the new stadium gets the go ahead ?

  3. 2000 Milan era, if they failed, first gonna resign was the coach and the management except Galliani. In these modern era, 3 American clowns supposed to be resign…

  4. These guys don’t have a strategy. When you fail to plan, plan to fail.

This is such a poorly assembled team, its mind blowing. Common sense would tell you to build around the core. But then again the fools running the club have none of it…

I would hate for them to use lack of CL as a reason to sell Reijnders to City, which they probably would with a big enough offer. When they can just offload all the dead weight in this club and generate just as much money.

    1. Who wants ACM’s rejects? Also, will those players agree to a transfer? This is an unpopular position but I think the team becomes so Leão centric to accommodate him that the team’s play deteriorates. Pioli had a better balance attack. Fonseca tried but had a rebellion. I still think there’s a reason Pulisic has not signed an extension.

    2. They’re going to justify selling our prized players due to lack of CL football when they’re the ones to blame for this situation in first place. Ful circle.

      1. Who are our prized players? There are hyped players, but which players make the team better? I see too many players with significant faults in their game which if you are going to compete at the highest level you can’t have.

        1. Leao is still top assistman for past 3 seasons in Serie A. Reijnders is a midfielder who scored most goals in all competitions from top five leagues. Pulišić with most chances created in Serie A.

But I agree, all these numbers don’t mean anything when you look at our performance as a team and position as a club.

  5. Clear out the deadwoods like Terraciano, RLC, Royal, send Felix and Walker to their clubs, loan out Camarda, Musah, Liberali and Torriani.
