The schedule of the day as Milan continue preparations for Lazio encounter

By Isak Möller -

Milan are eager to redeem themselves after what was a poor second half against Sassuolo, squandering a 1-0 lead courtesy of a Hakan Calhanoglu strike. And since the top-four race is so tight, they need a win on Monday.

The Rossoneri did well in the first half against Sassuolo but as a result of a few substitutions by Stefano Pioli, they lost their energy and eventually had to admit defeat. There is still a lot of work to do, and it must be done fast.

As confirmed by the club’s official website, there will be a training session today and it will take place in the afternoon. And since the game is on Monday, Pioli won’t speak to the media until tomorrow, with the exact time yet to be confirmed.

Milan got lucky in the last round as Atalanta drew their game against Roma, but Juventus won and so did Napoli. Just a few points separate the sides and this will make the final games interesting from a neutral point of view.
