TMW: Mattia De Sciglio one step away from Juventus

By Oliver Fisher -

Mattia De Sciglio is one step away from Juventus, according to the latest reports.

Tuttomercatoweb.com provided an update on the future of the Milan full-back, claiming that the operation from Juventus will accelerate.

This is due to the departure of Dani Alves, which was made official yesterday.

De Sciglio’s contract with AC Milan expires in 2018 and he is a player strongly liked by Max Allegri; now the 24-year-old is close to a move to J Stadium.

Reports earlier in the month claimed that Milan want €20m for the player as he is still young. Juventus are only offering €10m as his contract is expiring in 2018 according to Gazzetta dello Sport.

Milan would prefer to sell abroad but if Juventus get close to their €20m valuation for the player than they are likely to be willing to part ways with De Sciglio. He has no place at the club and his sale would raise funds for other potential signings.
