Tuttosport: Calabria was Milan’s best player vs. Bologna with ‘crazy’ performance

By Isak Möller -

Milan managed to get away with all three points against Bologna yesterday, even though the Rossoblu pulled one back late in the game. Davide Calabria, and his defensive teammates, held on and preserved the lead until the end.

It was an important win for Stefano Pioli’s side as Inter beat Benevento last night, once again reducing the gap at the top to two points. Depending on the upcoming two games, the derby could be a very decisive clash.

In their ratings, Tuttosport (via SempreMilan) named Calabria as Milan’s MOTM with 7.5/10, following what was a ‘crazy’ performance from him. He came close to scoring twice with two good efforts, stopped by the goalkeeper on both occasions.

He was also solid in the defensive phase, as we have come to expect from him these days. Hopefully, he can continue on the same path and be a crucial element for Milan in the final stretch of the season.
