AC Milan are looking for a young and talented striker that doesn’t come with hefty costs. Adolfo Gaich is one of the player’s on their wish list, having impressed with San Lorenzo in the Argentinian league.

As reported by today’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews.it), the 21-year-old is 190 centimetres long and weighs about 82kg, known for his impressive quality and physical strength. In Argentine, he’s already received the nickname ‘Tanque’ (tank).

This season, he has scored five goals in 12 appearances and continues to improve, attracting the interest of Milan and other European clubs, such as Inter and Benfica. The Rossoneri have been on the player’s tail for quite some time.

In fact, they have initiated contacts with San Lorenzo and the player’s agent, as a price tag of around €15m has been set. The first choice remains Luka Jovic of Real Madrid, who Milan would like to sign with a loan formula.

Gaich, meanwhile, would arrive on a permanent deal and could be the perfect backup to the Serbian international.
