AC Milan Women were up against it after a 1-2 loss in the first leg against Inter, but they succeeded. Vero Boquete and Natasha Dowie scored a couple each and secured their spot in the Coppa Italia final.
The aggregate score, in other words, was 5-4 in the end and it was a strong performance from the Rossonere to bounce back from the loss. Boquete scored the first two goals and after Inter pulled one back, Dowie scored her goals.
