AC Milan are in a tight race for top four that will extend to the final match day. After a very poor skid the team has bounced back with two consecutive wins. Fabio Borini spoke to Sky regarding that bad spell and what caused it.
“We should be getting in the heads of everyone but it is not easy to do that with 24 young boys. We all speak different languages, are different ages, and are in different moments of life.”
“The issue was a mental problem. Everything starts from the head. I work individually outside of the office, it helped me to read the situations clearly.”
Borini also spoke to Milan TV regarding him bleeding during the game.
“What Gattuso said about spitting blood was an expression that I may have taken too literally. The way we play now is not as important as what we bring home at the end of the game. It must always be three points.”
