MN: Calabria, Rebic and Theo Hernandez continue recovery at Milanello – the latest

By Oliver Fisher -

Despite the fact there are 15 players away on international duty, work continues at Milanello where the squad that are left are being put through their paces.

According to the latest from MilanNews, Davide Calabria and Ante Rebic – who are recovering from muscle fatigue and slipped discs respectively – did not train with the rest of the squad and instead did individual routines just as they did yesterday.

Theo Hernandez was called up by France for their two UEFA Nations League games over the break but was forced to withdraw as he is struggling with a long adductor strain, so he continued his therapies alone too.

The medical staff will also be waiting with bated breath for updates on the condition of Sandro Tonali, with Italy manager Roberto Mancini having confirmed earlier today that the midfielder is likely to be sent back to Milanello due to not being in the best condition with a muscle issue.
